2. Cancellation Rules

  • You ask to cancel before the order is sent out.

  • If the order is already sent out, you can't cancel it. Instead, you can return the item under our Return Rules.

3. Refund Rules

Refunds happen if:

  • The item is returned as it was, in its original package.
  • We will send the refund to the way you paid, within 30 business days after we get the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is because of our mistake.

4. Return Rules

You can return items if:

  • You start the return within 30 days of getting your order.
  • To start a return, contact our customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • You pay for return shipping unless the return is because of our mistake.

5. Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, like:

  • Items that are damaged or used too much.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Items not eligible for return for hygiene reasons or other special conditions.
