How can I track my item?

You will receive your tracking number via an automated email a few days after placing your order. You can then track it via the link in the email, or on our Track Your Order page. If you haven’t received your tracking number after a week please contact us by email and we will send it to you manually. Please check your spam folder to ensure you have not missed our tracking email.

What happens if I put the wrong address?

If your item was wrongly addressed and could not be delivered it will be returned at significant expense to us. Therefore we may charge you a resending or restocking fee depending on the circumstances. Please check your address carefully before placing your order. Let us know as soon as possible so we can correct it before your order leaves our warehouse.

What conditions are the shirts in?

All shirts are new old stock and are typically in excellent condition however there may occasionally be some minor marks from storage.

How should I care for my jersey?

To protect the intricate features of your Player Issue retro jersey you should hand wash it or use your washing machine’s delicates setting. If your jersey has name/number printing we advise against heavy machine washing.

What is the refund policy?

You may return your item for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase where it is faulty, defective or incorrect.

Can I exchange my item?

Please contact [email protected] If your item is in new condition with tags and packaging we may be able to exchange it for you.

What are the letters you print made from?

The letters are embroidered onto the shirt with an industrial heat press and will be made with impeccable attention to detail featuring the same font and color true to the era. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front, we will also print this unless instructed otherwise. Since the shirts are Player issue, care should be taken when washing printed items by using the delicates program in your washing machine, or preferrably by hand as the namesets become delicate overtime.

What is the returns address?

Please contact us via email before returning your item as the returns address varies depending on your location. We cannot always process returns sent to our registered business or correspondence addresses, so please email first to avoid disappointment.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Normally no as all taxes and fees are included in your order but in rare instances you may be asked to pay a customs fee to receive your item. UFAC4 Shop may not be able to reimburse you for this.
